Montage International’s Pendry brand is seeking a Server Attendant to join our team in Washington, DC. You’ll turn guest passion into authentic experiences, assist servers, and help maintain a warm, inviting dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Server’s team needs: stock, clean, and manage flow.
• Set and reset tables with polished silverware and glassware.
• Pre-bussing and bussing during service; support servers.
• Clean spills and broken items immediately with safety in mind.
• Maintain all equipment and cleaning supplies per standards.
• Refill water, coffee, and beverages throughout service.
• Meet guests' expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as needed by business needs.

Your Journey

• Assist the Server’s team’s needs; stock, clean, and handle the flow of your section
• Set and reset tables before, during, and after service periods with clean polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins as necessary
• Pre-bussing and bussing of tables during service period; assisting servers with service steps where necessary
• Cleaning all spills, and broken glassware/dishes immediately, using floor signs when necessary
• Cleaning of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order while following all procedures and adhering to all cleaning and safety standards
• Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages as needed throughout the meal service.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties, based on business needs

Must Haves

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis

The pay scale for the Server Attendant position is $18.89. The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Pendry reasonably expects to pay for the position.
