Job summary

Montage International is hiring a Server Attendant to support the Pendry dining team. You will assist servers, stock and set tables, and help create WOW moments for guests. This role requires weekend availability and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Server’s team’s needs and support table flow.
• Stock, clean, and manage the section to ensure smooth service.
• Set and reset tables with clean silverware, glassware, and napkins.
• Pre-bussing and bussing during service periods.
• Assist servers with service steps and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Refill beverages and respond to guest needs to create WOW moments.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with partial availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

• Your Journey Assist the Server’s team’s needs
• stock, clean, and handle the flow of your section
• Set and reset tables before, during, and after service periods with clean polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins as necessary
• Pre-bussing and bussing of tables during service period
• assisting servers with service steps where necessary
• Cleaning all spills, and broken glassware/dishes immediately, using floor signs when necessary
• Cleaning of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order while following all procedures and adhering to all cleaning and safety standards
• Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages as needed throughout the meal service.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties, based on business needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis

The pay scale for Server Attendant is $19 per hour. The pay scale is the base salary wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
