Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Hospitality Server for the Masters Tournament. The role focuses on friendly, timely service and adherence to Club standards, with a pay rate of $14.00/hour.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, knowing menu items, taking and relaying orders, serving courses, and maintaining a clean dining environment. Candidates should be prepared for holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior serving experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Able to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain, or other elements.
• Able to lift and transport up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and direct members, guests, and patrons courteously.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and abbreviations.
• Take orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages with proper service sequence; upsell items as appropriate.
