Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks a friendly Server for the Richardson Hotel in Buffalo, NY. You will provide prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests, helping ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, presenting items, and maintaining a clean service area while following health codes. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with major hospitality brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Hyatt) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide courteous service.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Present items and maintain a clean, organized service area; follow health and safety codes.
• Assist with setting and rearranging tables to accommodate guests and larger parties.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout service areas.
