Job summary

Hyatt Regency Buffalo is seeking a part-time guest services associate to deliver friendly, efficient service in a busy hotel environment. Located in downtown Buffalo, this role involves helping with events, setting up tables and buffets, and ensuring guest satisfaction while working a flexible schedule.

You will assist kitchen and bar teams, prepare beverages, and maintain high quality service throughout functions.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for periods.
• Able to work in an office-like hotel environment and use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and A/V needs.
• Assist set up staff with table, buffet and bar setups.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for functions.
• Provide prompt, professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen about changes.
