Job summary

Hyatt Regency Buffalo is seeking a friendly restaurant service associate to warmly greet guests, take drink and food orders, and help ensure timely, accurate service in a fast-paced dining room.

Responsibilities include presenting specials, maintaining a clean dining area, upselling, coordinating with kitchen staff, and delivering a high-quality guest experience. Flexible nights/weekends required; full-time, on-site role in Buffalo.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly upon taking a seat in the restaurant.
• Share specials or make recommendations from the menu.
• Secure drink orders and take food orders efficiently.
• Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery.
• Maintain a clean table and assist with refills or requests as needed.
• Complete all side station work and maintain a clean, safe environment.
