Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a hospitality professional to greet guests, assist servers, and support service in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will help with menu questions, table setup, and ensuring a flawless dining experience while upholding Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Ability to work afternoons, weekends and holidays.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water and intro service.
• Assist servers with all aspects of service.
• Answer questions regarding menu and other offerings, in the absence of a server.
• Clear, clean and set up tables, chairs, linens, glassware and silverware.
• Clearly communicate with servers, other restaurant staff and management about service details.
• Move tables and chairs as needed.
• Learn and perform Four Seasons standards and the Sequence of Service.
