Responsibilities

• Support servers in delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout service.
• Assist with food delivery and table maintenance according to restaurant standards.
• Pre-bus and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
• Refill water, bread service, and other guest amenities as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas and stations.
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies before, during, and after service.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, bartenders, and culinary team members.
• Help maintain a polished and welcoming dining environment.
• Anticipate guest and team needs and respond proactively.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Support special events and high-volume service periods as needed.

About the role

Le Flâneur, the signature French brasserie at Recess Hotel & Club, is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Server Assistants to join our team. Inspired by the timeless charm of a French brasserie, Le Flâneur offers a vibrant dining experience rooted in genuine hospitality, exceptional food and beverage, and meaningful guest connections.

As a Server Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the dining room team and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What you'll do
