Responsibilities

• Assist all levels of highly personalized, technical, warm, fun, efficient service.
• Work closely with Servers, Management, and Guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Assist Servers in Food Delivery, Service of Guests, and Table Maintenance.
• Carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, and furniture in food service areas.
• Clean up spilled food or drink, remove empty bottles and trash.
• Maintain specific side-work and total cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Interact with guests and staff in a friendly manner.
• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform.
• Work as a team with all personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere.
• Other duties as directed.
