Kaskaid Hospitality in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Server Assistant to provide highly personalized, warm and efficient service. You will work closely with Servers, Management and Guests to create a technically exceptional dining experience and help maintain a spotless, inviting restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist all levels of highly personalized, technical, warm, fun, efficient service.
• Work closely with Servers, Management and Guests to ensure a technically exceptional experience.
• Assist Servers in Food Delivery, Service of Guests, Table Maintenance, Hospitality-based Guest Experience.
• Carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants.
• Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash.
• Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Interact with guests and staff in a friendly/fast manner.
• Treat guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
• Report to work in neat uniform; good grooming is essential.
• Work as a team with all CRAVE personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient service.
• Other duties as directed.
