Responsibilities

• Personality! Provide technically perfect service and make guests feel appreciated.
• Serve 4-5 tables as determined by management.
• Check identification of guests for alcohol purchase.
• Complete knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
• Use a computer to ring orders on a check.
• Communicate clearly and enthusiastically with guests.
• Offer assistance before guests ask for it.
• Work as a team to maintain an effective atmosphere.
• Accept different types of payment and make change.
• Limit problems with excessive drinking by taking appropriate steps.
• Maintain side-work and ensure cleanliness.
• Clear and reset tables.
• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform.
• Carry plates to tables.
• Other duties as directed.
