THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Server Assistant to support our service team and ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience. You will assist servers, prepare tables, and help maintain our high standards of service across bustling dining areas.

The role emphasizes guest-centric hospitality, efficient food delivery, and adherence to health and sanitation guidelines, with opportunities for growth within a global hospitality brand. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Guest-first mindset and hospitality focus.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Basic English proficiency for guest interactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience.
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards.
• Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement.
• Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized.
• Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed.
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
