Job summary

Makeready LLC is seeking team members for part-time positions at Emeline. You will help set tables, maintain a clean dining area, and assist servers to ensure guests have a smooth, enjoyable experience. The role emphasizes a warm, proactive service style and attention to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist server with table service, including running food, serving beverages, etc.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, efficient and friendly manner

Frannie & the Fox is clever, comfortable, and cool. Emeline's three meal a day experience that comes in the form of a 'foodie' but never pretentious.

This individual is just starting in the restaurant world and seeks to go beyond an understanding of the menu. This person recognizes that a great experience allows guests to focus on enjoying their food and the ambiance so it is important to anticipate and fulfill guest needs before they ask. From swift delivery of food to refilling of drinks, this person creates a welcoming, warm environment that leaves guests with not only a great meal, but a new and inspired outlook on their surroundings.

Requested Tasks
