Responsibilities

• Adhere to dress code policies during shift.
• Perform serving, cleaning, and stocking duties to facilitate service.
• Respond promptly to guest comments and inform supervisor of concerns.
• Maintain supplies of linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays.
• Stock beverage areas and ice dispensers; keep service areas stocked.
• Replenish supplies at service bars and satellite stations.
• Set tables with clean linens and condiments.
• Clear and transport dirty dishes to kitchens for cleaning.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, and other surfaces in service areas.
• Wash glasses and serving equipment at bars.
• Assist with safety and communication across departments.
