Medure Brothers Culinary Concepts is hiring Front of House Team Members for our Mayo Clinic location on San Pablo Road in Jacksonville. You will take orders, prepare beverages, and assist with food items such as sandwiches and flatbreads, delivering friendly, efficient service to hospital visitors and the public.

We value hospitality, a professional appearance, and the ability to communicate guests' needs clearly. A Food Handler Certification is a plus and may be required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1 year of guest services or food service preferred.
• Genuine desire to provide outstanding hospitality.
• Professional, well groomed, outgoing personality.
• Ability to clearly communicate guests’ needs to team members.
• Food Handler Certification is a plus and required within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Take orders and make coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications.
• Operate cash registers, POS and credit card machines.
• Prepare foods such as sandwiches and flatbreads for grab-and-go items.
• Maintain good customer relations and speedy service for beverages and orders.
• Field customer questions or complaints and assist in maintaining clean areas.
• Support food preparation and ensure a clean, welcoming dining environment.
