Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Orlando, FL is seeking a team-oriented server to deliver menu items to guests and maintain dining area cleanliness throughout service.

The role focuses on friendly guest interaction, coordination with kitchen staff, and supporting the restaurant team to ensure smooth meal service and guest satisfaction. Prior food industry experience is preferred and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in the food industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food menu items to guests in an efficient and professional manner.
• Maintains cleanliness of tables and restaurant area between and after meals.
• Communicates with kitchen, host and service staff to ensure guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Assists with removal of dirty dishes from tables between courses and at meal end.
• Assists in opening and closing procedures of the kitchen.

Essential Duties And Tasks

• Completes assigned side-work duties
• Communicates with kitchen, host and service staff to maintain efficiency and guest service
• Communicates with each guest when delivering food items
• Assists with removal of dirty dishes from tables between courses and at the completion of the meal
• Assists in kitchen opening and closing procedures

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• Prior experience in the food industry preferred.
