Responsibilities

• Ensure all tables are clean and properly set and assist Food Runner when needed.
• Communicate closely with servers; assist with table maintenance and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality and professionalism.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Know menu items, contents, prep methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Perform opening/closing duties and process all payment methods.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and be an ambassador of the establishment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
