White Lodging in Austin is seeking friendly, guest-focused servers to join our dining team. You’ll greet guests warmly, manage seating, assist with reservations, and stay knowledgeable about menu items and garnishes to answer questions accurately.

This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment. Weekend, night, and holiday availability is required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and travel/dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume service.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and seat guests.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete side work.
• Promote teamwork and create a friendly, safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador by maintaining a neat, professional appearance.
• Know menu items, contents, prep methods, garnishes, and answer questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
