Red Lobster is seeking a Server Assistant to help deliver warm hospitality in a fast-paced dining room. You will help manage seating, greet guests, and support the service team to ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean dining area, restocking items, and assisting servers with food delivery while upholding safety and sanitation standards. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow within a beloved seafood brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least the minimum age and authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression.
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience.
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food.
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team.
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room.
