Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Server Assistant to warmly welcome guests, manage waitlists and seating, and support the dining room team. You will help deliver a seamless, high-quality guest experience and maintain a clean, well-stocked dining area.

Responsibilities include assisting servers, refilling drinks, bussing and clearing tables, and upholding safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth within the Red Lobster family.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to bend, lift up to 30 pounds.
• Stand for an entire shift.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression.
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience.
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food.
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team.
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room.
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first.
