Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team and ensure guests receive attentive service. You will greet guests, assist servers, perform side work, and help reset tables in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and reliability. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, and candidates should be able to stand for long periods and communicate effectively with staff and guests.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant or similar experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional bending, kneeling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they are seated and respond to guest requests; communicate to the server as needed.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift and maintain clean service areas.
• Between seating, take soiled tableware to the dish room and reset tabletops.
