The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) in Winter Park, FL is seeking Server Assistants to support our serving team, ensuring guests have water and timely service while keeping stations clean and organized.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of restaurant or similar experience, a positive energy, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Strong teamwork and clear communication with managers and guests are essential.

• At least one year of restaurant or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they are seated and respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate to server as needed.
• Between seating’s, take soiled table ware to dish room and sort to designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area then clean and reset tabletops.
