Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is hiring a Server Assistant in Atlanta, GA. You will support servers, ensure guest needs are met, and help maintain clean, efficient service areas throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling requests, aiding fellow staff, and keeping stations organized. A positive attitude and flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant or similar experience preferred.
• Positive energy and willingness to assist fellow staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, lifting.

Responsibilities

• Perform side work at shift start/end and keep service areas clean.
• Greet guests, respond to requests, and relay info to server as needed.
• Clear and reset tables: move soiled dishes to dish room and sort appropriately.
