Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is hiring a Server Assistant to support our busy service team across 30+ locations. You’ll keep stations clean, handle side work, and assist servers to ensure guests enjoy a smooth dining experience.

We value a positive, team-focused attitude, flexible scheduling (days, nights, weekends, holidays), and reliable communication with managers and guests. A year of restaurant or similar experience is preferred, and opportunities for growth are available within IRHG.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant or similar experience preferred.
• Positive energy, be ready to assist fellow staff and work as a team player.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required and maintain clean service areas throughout shift.
• Greet guests as they are seated and respond to guest requests; communicate with the server as needed.
• Between seatings, take soiled tableware to the dish room and sort to designated areas; clean and reset tabletops.
