Job summary

Shades Bar & Grill is seeking a Server Assistant to support our dining room operations on the beachside 30A corridor. You will run food and drinks to tables, reset spaces, and assist in delivering a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, are hospitality-focused, and can multitask while coordinating with front- and back-of-house teams. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused and solution-oriented.
• Able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to coordinate, consolidate, and communicate.
• Food handler's card may be required according to local/state regulations.
• Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize duties.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective guest/coworker communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
