Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Server and ensure guests have an amazing experience. Your day includes greeting guests, taking drink orders, refilling, pre-bussing tables, turning tables, and keeping dining areas clean while upholding safety and sanitation.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, deliver food and drinks promptly, and help create memorable experiences through exceptional service. Availability for days, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Communicates effectively with Guests and Staff.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Able to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet Guests and take drink orders.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate Guests' needs.
• Support the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing, and turning tables.
• Create memorable experiences with exceptional service.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
