Job summary

HALL Park Hotel, Autograph Collection, in Frisco, Texas, is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Server in delivering exceptional guest service. The role involves setting up, serving, and cleaning service items according to standards, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.

Applicants should be able to move quickly and calmly in a busy dining room, maintain high sanitation standards, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant serving and customer service experience.
• Ability to walk and stand for an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation policies.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and ordering procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assists Servers and Hosts in properly serving food and beverages when requested.
• Responsible for water service and maintenance of water levels throughout the meal.
• Clears, cleans and resets tables with service wares according to sanitation standards.
• Transports dirty tableware from the dining room to the dish drop area.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations during all meal periods.
• Replenishes condiments and ensures a fully stocked side‑stand.
• Keeps dining room and service areas clean, stocked and visually appealing.
• Responds to guest service issues and reports to the Server or Manager on Duty.
