Job summary

HALL Park Hotel, Autograph Collection, Frisco, Texas, is seeking a dedicated janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests in our corporate district. You will work as part of a team to ensure high standards of cleanliness across assigned areas.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, removing refuse, and maintaining walk-in refrigerators, storage areas, and dish-area operations. The role may require nights, weekends, and overtime to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow verbal and written directions.
• Must be able to work with industrial cleaning supplies.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to successfully multi-task several duties at one time.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors.
• Cleans walls and floor mats.
• Removes refuse, cleans trash containers and maintains the loading dock area.
• Picks up trash in the kitchen and loading dock area.
• Maintains the walk-in refrigerators.
• Maintains the cleanliness of storage areas, tools, equipment, carts and other areas/items as directed by Supervisor or Manager on duty.
• Participates in the dish area operations, as assigned. Returns items not sufficiently cleaned for a second wash.
• Changes and disposes of grease.
• Maintains safety awareness and reports incidents as required.
• Assists fellow associates as needed.
• Reports maintenance problems or other issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Follows Company policies and procedures, safety and sanitation policies and procedures, and ensures compliance.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or overtime.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the manager.
