Qualifications

• Ability to think clearly under high pressure.
• Move quickly and gracefully in the dining room.
• Growing knowledge of menu, ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of all glassware types.
• Punctuality and regular attendance in uniform.
• Basic sanitation knowledge.
• Familiarity with computer operations and ordering procedures.
• Effective communication with guests, co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to absorb information quickly: procedures, menus, floor plan.

Responsibilities

• Assists servers and hosts in serving food and beverages as needed.
• Responsible for water service and keeping water levels topped.
• Clears, cleans and resets tables with service wares per standards.
• Transports dirty tableware to the dish drop area and sorts.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations across meal periods.
• Polishes silver, folds napkins, and replenishes condiments.
• Keeps dining room, waiting area and service area clean and appealing.
• Responds promptly to guest service issues with appropriate staff.
• Maintains professional appearance and station tidiness.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• Supports teamwork and clear communication with coworkers.
• Represents the brand with guest-facing professionalism.
