Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Beverly Hills is seeking a Server Assistant to support our world‑renowned The BLVD team. You will assist the Food Server, set tables, and ensure guest needs are met with timely, attentive service.

Ideal candidates have the ability to carry a tray, strong analytical and organizational skills, and fluency in English. The role offers an hourly rate and requires availability for a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond urgently to requests.
• Stock linens, china, glass, silver and food items for service.
• Break down, clean and set-up buffets and food stations.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
