Server Assistant – The BLVD

Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, is looking for a Server Assistant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position offers the opportunity to shape employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world‑renowned hotels. The Server Assistant reports to The BLVD General Manager. Work authorization for the location is required. Position is Part Time, located in Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, CA.

Responsibilities

The Server Assistant serves guests' needs by assisting the Food Server and completing guest requests, working quickly in high‑pressure environments, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Clear, clean, and set up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests, provide water, bread, and butter service according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Break down, clean, and set up buffets and food stations.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
