Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is seeking a Server Assistant to support the kitchen and dining room teams. You will help with order accuracy, guest communications, and wine service, ensuring an elevated dining experience for all guests.

With at least 1 year in a restaurant setting, you will contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and help deliver memorable moments while working alongside our servers and kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a server or busser.

Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen and servers in the dining room.
• Check orders for accuracy and review with guests to meet expectations.
• Track food times and stock tables with needed items.
• Bus tables, offer drink recommendations and refills, decant and sell wine.
• Provide table side service to create an elevated guest experience.
