Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse in Dayton, OH is seeking a Server Assistant to support our kitchen and dining room teams. You will help assemble prepared food, check orders for accuracy, and assist servers to ensure guests experience elevated service.

You’ll manage table stock, bussing, suggest wine and keep service flowing with timely refills and table side wine service. Minimum one year of restaurant experience as a server or busser is required; Bloomin’ Brands benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen and servers in the dining room and kitchen.
• Check orders for accuracy and review with guests to meet expectations.
• Help track food times and stock tables with required items.
• Bus tables, offer drink recommendations and refills, decanting and selling wine.
• Provide table side service to create an elevated guest experience.
