Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Palo Alto is seeking a Server Assistant to support the kitchen and dining room. You will help assemble prepared food, check orders for accuracy, and ensure guests receive what they expect.

Working with servers, you will help track food times, stock tables, buss, and provide wine recommendations and table side service to deliver an elevated guest experience. Benefits are provided by Bloomin Brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a server or busser.

Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen and our Servers in the dining room to create a seamless guest experience.
• Help track food times and stock tables with proper items.
• Bus tables and offer drink recommendations and refills.
• Decant and sell wine and provide table side service to elevate guest experience.
