Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Walnut Creek is seeking a Server Assistant to support kitchen and dining room operations. You will assemble dishes, check order accuracy, and ensure guest expectations are met with attentive service.

You’ll work with servers to manage timing, stock, bussing, and refills, while also decanting and selling wine to enhance table-side experiences. Applicants should have at least one year of restaurant experience as a server or busser.

Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen and servers in the dining room.
• Help assemble prepared food and condiments to Fleming’s standards.
• Check orders for accuracy and review with guests to meet expectations.
• Help track food times, stock tables with items, buss tables, and offer drink recommendations and refills.
• Decant and sell wine and perform table-side service to create an elevated guest experience.
