Job summary

The One Group in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Server Assistant to support the service team and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience. You’ll help set tables, deliver food, and assist servers to maintain THE ONE GROUP’s high standards of service.

Responsibilities include running food, pre-bussing, resetting tables, and keeping areas clean and organized. Candidates should be able to stand long hours, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Basic English proficiency required for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience.
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards.
• Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement.
• Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized.
• Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed.
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
