Puttshack USA in Chicago is seeking a Server Assistant to help run the dining room and golf course areas, delivering food and drinks promptly and maintaining cleanliness and reset tables.

You should be 18+, have hospitality or food and beverage experience, and be able to multitask in a busy environment. The role offers flexible scheduling, base pay plus tips, and eligibility for benefits and associates discounts.

• Strong emotional intelligence and guest-service mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy setting.
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses/certifications.
• Clear written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room
• Quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Take direction and be a team player
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.
