Pinstripes in Beachwood, Ohio is seeking Server Assistants to support servers in an upscale entertainment-dining venue featuring a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. You will help with setup, stocking, and breakdown while delivering memorable guest service.

No prior restaurant experience is required as a comprehensive training program will set every team member up for success. Training emphasizes cleanliness, guest engagement, and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Provides friendly guest service and helps create memorable experiences.
• Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience.
• Collaborates with team members to run the restaurant efficiently.
• Helps personalize the guest experience and maintain a clean environment.
• Maintains a neat appearance and follows uniform/grooming guidelines.
• Able to stand for up to 6 hours during shifts.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
