The Dillard House Farm Resort is a new addition to the Legacy Ventures Restaurants portfolio and will be an exciting adventure as we build on what the Dillard family has developed since 1917. This one-of-a-kind property is nestled in the picturesque Tennessee River Valley within a two-hour drive north of Atlanta in Rabun County. The F&B Team will support the Main Dining Room, New Brewery, Rock House Restaurant, and all Banquet Culinary needs. It will represent tradition with authentically sourced cuisine, numerous outdoor activities and outstanding southern charm and hospitality.

The Server Assistant(SA) is an entry-level position that provides important support to restaurant staff while offering fundamental training and experience to the employee. The SA adds to guests’ dining experience by properly setting tables, providing bread and water service, clearing courses, cleaning and responding to the needs of guests and servers.
Reports to: Assistant Manager
Must consistently be able to assess, anticipate and meet multiple guests’ needs at high quality standards and evaluate customer satisfaction without projecting a mood that detracts from guests’ experience. Must balance bar guests’ needs with those of guests served by wait staff. This requires practical knowledge of industry customer service standards.
Must clearly communicate in a professional manner with guests, vendors, coworkers and management. The ability to promote two‑way communication by presenting clear ideas using thoughtful and responsive words. Nonverbal cues from a guest or server can alert the bartender to a potential problem. Must also understand instructions, read written company memorandums and communicate when he or she needs more direction.
Must adapt to different personalities of guests and coworkers without losing focus. Extreme familiarity or conflicts with coworkers often weaken a team‑oriented work environment.
Must recognize a problem when it arises and be able to resolve it appropriately by using good judgement, tact and initiative according to company policy and procedure.
Assess the value and importance of customer needs to maintain a high standard of quality.
