_Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown is a vibrant and contemporary hotel nestled in the heart of the Steel District, offering guests a boutique experience with panoramic views of the Sioux Falls River. Our signature restaurant, Cascata Italian Cuisine, combines authentic Italian flavors with a modern dining ambiance, complemented by a scenic patio and specialty coffee bar._

**The schedule must be flexible to work breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts with weekend availability.**

**Starting pay is $12.00 per hour with opportunities for growth within Hilton.**

A Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations to ensure outstanding guest service and promote financial profitability.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Server Assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Setting and preparing tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and arranging tableware, and serving water.
• Ensuring tableware is in good condition and reporting any defects for repair.
• Stocking, maintaining, and cleaning designated food stations.
• Assisting food servers with table service, such as serving beverages and breads.
• Retrieving and transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
