Job Description Summary: The Server Assistant (Bus Attendant) is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the food service venues of the hotel. The Bus Attendant sets-up, services, and breaks-down the food and beverage areas where they are assigned ensuring a high level of quality, consistency and service. The Bus Attendant also assists the Restaurant Servers with cleanup of guest tables and restaurant area.
