Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Clear dirty tables quickly and prepare them for the next guests, resetting service ware promptly.
2. Maintain cleanliness and stock of stations with necessary items like silverware, linens, and condiments for all meal periods.
3. Serve guests beverages, bread, and butter at the start of their meal and replenish as needed.
4. Transport dirty tableware from the dining area to the dishwashing station.
5. Adhere to attendance policies and be available to work regularly.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.
2. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
3. Ability to move or push goods weighing up to 150 lbs. with or without accommodation.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences, including supervisors, coworkers, and guests.

Compensation

Salary Range: $16.47 - $18.30

Tipped/Service Charge Eligible: Yes

Discretionary Performance Bonus Eligible: No
