TheServer Assistant is responsible for preparing the dining room for service, table maintenance and for delivering all dishes from the kitchen to the appropriate guest in the dining. They will know all of the dishes on the menu and be prepared to answer questions from guests. The Server Assistant is also responsible to prepare and deliver beverages to guests in an efficient and timely manner. They should have the ability to provide the highest standard of service, superior communication and interpersonal skills, exceptions organizational skills and the ability to handle a high-volume environment.
