Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Server Assistant for the Pacific Point Lounge on a part-time basis. The role supports servers and provides guest service in a fast-paced luxury resort setting.

You will greet guests, assist with service, communicate with colleagues, and help ensure safety and order in the restaurant. The position requires good communication, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and physical stamina.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

About the Role – Server Assistant at Pacific Point Lounge (Part-Time)

The Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions
• Communicate with all other server and colleagues efficiently and effectively
• Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the restaurant

Wage Information

The hourly rate for the position is $18.50.
