Responsibilities

• Assist servers in their tasks.
• Serve water as guests are seated.
• Assist in carrying food trays to tables.
• Remove soiled dishes from the table.
• Remove soiled linen from tables.
• Set tables with silverware and glassware.
• Clean the floors in the dining room.
• Stock server’s station with supplies.
• Collect trash from dining room after serving.
• Dust chairs before and after meals.
• Keep ice bins filled.
• Attend pre-meal meetings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist servers in their tasks.
• Serve water as guests are seated.
• Assist in carrying food trays to tables.
• Remove soiled dishes from table and bring to dish washing area.
• Remove soiled linen from tables and replace with clean linen.
• Set tables with silverware, glassware, and clean linen.
• Clean the floors in the dining room.
• Stock server’s station with supplies.
• Collect trash from dining room, grill, and other specified places after each serving period.
• Dust chairs before and after meals.
• Keep ice bins and buckets filled.
• Attend pre-meal meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as appropriate.
