Snowmass Club in Snowmass Village, CO is seeking a dependable Dining Room Busser who helps maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment and supports servers during service.

You will set tables, clear and reset, assist with carrying trays, and help with take-out orders, while keeping stations stocked and the dining area organized. This is a full-time, non-exempt role offering benefits and a collaborative team culture focused on exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Remove soiled dishes and linens from tables.
• Set tables with silverware, glassware, and other necessary items.

• Deliver packaged take-out orders to the reception stand for member pickup.

You Elevate Service – Excellence lives in the details We Are One Team – Support each other and win together Be A Host – Anticipate needs and create belonging Embrace the Adventure – Stay curious and keep improving What You’ll Do️ Dining Room Operations & Server SupportAssist servers with setup, service, and cleanup tasks.Serve water to members and guests.Remove soiled dishes and linens from tables.Set tables with silverware, glassware, and other necessary items.Clean tables and chairs before and after meal service.Keep server stations stocked with necessary supplies.Keep ice bins and buckets filled.Assist with carrying food and beverages to tables, following the correct seat positions on tickets.Deliver packaged take-out orders to the reception stand for member pickup. Cleaning & OrganizationMaintain cleanliness throughout the dining room and surrounding areas.Collect trash from the dining room, pool deck, patio, and other designated areas after each service period.Clean and properly store children's highchairs and booster seats.Collect soiled linens from the dining room and transfer them to the designated linen pickup area.Roll silverware and fold napkins and breadbasket linens.Clean up spills and broken serviceware promptly while minimizing disruption to members and guests.Assist with daily cleaning tasks and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Dining Room Setup & PreparationPolish silverware and glassware.Move tables and chairs as needed to accommodate upcoming member and guest reservations.Reset tables at the end of each shift in preparation for the next meal period.Ensure dining areas are properly prepared and presentable before service. Leadership & TeamworkPromote a positive and professional work culture.Work collaboratively with servers and other food and beverage team members.Provide support to banquet personnel with setup, service, and cleanup when needed.Attend all staff meetings.Perform other appropriate duties as assigned by management.
