Job summary

Red Lobster in Saint Cloud, MN is hiring a Server Assistant to support servers and the dining room team. You will welcome guests, manage waitlists, seat guests, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age to work in the United States.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Stand for an entire shift and move around the restaurant.
• Team player with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
