Job summary

OHSO Brewery and Distillery is seeking friendly, energetic servers who deliver excellent guest experiences and enjoy being part of a strong team. Our front-of-house uses a team-service model with pooled tips, fostering communication, trust, and cooperation.

Dogs are a big part of the experience here, so you must enjoy having four-legged guests around. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, coordinating with staff, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all patrons.

Qualifications

• At least two years of recent serving experience.
• Current Food Handler's Card.
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must love dogs.

Responsibilities

Pay

• $12.15 per hour plus pooled tips
• $15.15 per hour during training and required meetings
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees who average at least 30 hours per week after 12 months of employment
