Job summary

O.H.S.O. Brewery and Distillery in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking friendly Servers to craft memorable guest experiences. The team uses a pool-tip system to support a cooperative front-of-house culture and a dog-friendly atmosphere in a busy, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, coordinating with bartenders and cooks, and maintaining clean service areas. Candidates should have 2+ years serving, food handler card, liquor certification, and a passion for teamwork

Qualifications

• At least two years of recent serving experience.
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Card.
• Current Title 4 liquor certification.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Must love dogs.
• Dependable, professional, and willing to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

We are looking for friendly, energetic Servers who know how to create a great guest experience and enjoy being part of a strong team. Our servers provide attentive, efficient service while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where every guest feels comfortable and well cared for.

Our front-of-house team uses a team-service model and pools tips, which means everyone works together to support our guests and one another. Dogs are also a big part of the O.H.S.O. experience, so you must enjoy having four-legged guests around!

Pay

• $12.15 per hour plus pooled tips
• $15.15 per hour during training and required meetings

O.H.S.O. came to be when the three of us–Pat, Brian, and Jon–joined forces, blending our talents and shared passions. Pat had a background in the music business. Brian had years of experience in bar and restaurant management with a proven track record, creating owning and operating numerous successful bars, restaurants, and clubs. Our paths all converged while working at one of those establishments. Jon began as a door guy and quickly advanced, transitioning into roles as a bartender and manager until finally joining Brian in overseeing daily operations. Similarly, Pat made his mark as a sound guy, showcasing his talent for creating an exceptional atmosphere and booking bands while also being a musician. Driven by our shared joy of uniting people through food, drinks, and experiences, we knew we wanted to go beyond simply serving drinks. We aimed to create them and wanted our guests to be part of that magic too.
