ITO Omakase is looking to hire Service Assistants.

This person will work alongside the rest of the team, striving to constantly improve the guest experience, as well as ensuring quality and consistency.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

1. Stock inventory. Maintain pars for paper/dry goods.
2. Work the floor nightly and provide all service needs that arise.
3. Maintain proper storage and organization for DOH needs.

Service:

1. Support captains & servers with dining SOPs.
2. Build guest loyalty by creating and maintaining guest preferences & enjoyment.
